Chissá se senti questo mormorio
che muove le stelle e i mari
e mitiga le porte del tempo,
che avido e spietato
addensa il nero e l’argento del mondo.

Chissà se ascolti il canto fertile dell’Universo
quando schiude le forze
e lascia respirare la bellezza dell’alba in fiore,
generando l’amore nudo e spensierato
di passeri voraci e amanti deliranti.

Chissà se tutto questo è un sogno
o è la vita che ti chiama per nome,
risuonando la sua eco
nell’aria fuggitiva e silvestre,
attraversando fiumi e stagioni,
foggiando vino e sangue
nell’evanescenza di una luce
che si fa danza e suono
e diventa corpo e volto.

È l’origine; è la vita.
Sei tu.

You may hear this murmur
that moves the stars and the seas
and mitigate the gates of time,
how greedy and ruthless
thickens the blackness and silver of the world

Maybe you will hear the fertile song of the Universe
when the forces are ajar
letting the beauty of the blossoming dawn breathe,
generating love naked and carefree
of voracious sparrows and delirious lovers.

Maybe if this is all a dream
or is it life that calls you by name,
echoing its echo
in the wild and runaway air,
crossing rivers and stations,
shaping wine and blood
in the evanescence of a light
what is dance and sound
and it becomes a body and a face.

It is the origin; that's life.
It's you.
